KohimaTaxi & Delivery was built because the apps designed for flat cities never quite worked here. Steep lanes, monsoon roads and tight-knit neighbourhoods need something local.
Our story
Started in Kohima. Growing with Nagaland.
We began with a handful of drivers and a WhatsApp group. Riders wanted a fair fare to Dimapur; drivers wanted steady work without a middleman taking half. Restaurants wanted a way to reach homes beyond walking distance.
Today the same idea runs on a proper platform: verified drivers and restaurants, upfront pricing, live tracking, in-app chat and a shared account that works on mobile and this website.
We are a small, local team. Every rupee of fare and every plate ordered stays in the local economy.
