1. Who we are
KohimaTaxi & Delivery ("KohimaTaxi", "we") operates a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers and customers with partner restaurants in Nagaland, India. We are not a transport carrier or a food producer; drivers and restaurants are independent partners.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person may hold rider, driver and restaurant roles on the same account.
3. Rides
Fares are estimated before booking based on distance and vehicle class and may change if the route or destination changes. You agree to pay the final fare shown in the app. Cancellations after a driver is assigned may incur a fee.
4. Food orders
Menu prices, delivery fees and taxes are shown before you confirm. Restaurants are responsible for preparing food safely and accurately. Report issues within 24 hours through the app.
5. Drivers and restaurant partners
Partners must complete document verification and keep licences, registrations and insurance valid. We may suspend or remove partners who breach these terms or receive repeated complaints.
6. Payments and promotions
We accept cash, UPI and cards through approved processors. Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KohimaTaxi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform or the services of independent partners.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
