Why a 5 AM airport pickup made Meren choose us for good

Meren travels every fortnight for work. Dimapur to Delhi, Delhi to wherever the client is. The 5 AM flight out of Dimapur is his usual — which means a pickup by 3:45 AM, in the pitch dark, in a city where taxis are notoriously unreliable at that hour.
"My previous provider cancelled on me twice in one month," he says. "Both times I got a call at 3 AM saying no driver available."
He tried KohimaTaxi & Delivery's scheduled rides feature reluctantly. Booked the night before. Got an automatic reminder at 4:30 AM. Watched his driver's icon move toward his house on the map. "At 4:57 he was outside. At 4:58 he was texting me on the chat: 'Sir, I'm here.'
"Now I book a week in advance," Meren says. "I don't even think about it anymore."
